Despite the app listing 2 lounges they are both closed

App update process is very poor with verification steps that don’t work.

Have just tried logging in five times, changed password and still the app crashes. No reason given. Poor customer experience.

Very hard to register

I found this App to very frustrating when trying to set up you seem to go round and round and you don’t get anywhere

Absolutely useless

I am reading reviews from 3 years ago and many since that have experienced exactly same problems as me. I had an account which seems to have been deleted, was told to open new account linked to Santander Mastercard. Tried 3 times now and it just freezes - like going around in circles It’s an awful app that just doesn’t seem to work

Awful and unreliable

I’ve had to change credit cards as it didn’t recognise my original one. Had to register again. They took £1 to verify the new card. Still not registered and had to do it all again. Now I’ve given up

Useless app. Impossible to get into it

Absolutely useless app which sends you on constant loops when trying to access it. Absolutely useless.

Lounge info not updated

Flying from London Stansted. The app is saying Escape lounge is closing 7 pm. The true time was actually 8:30 pm.

Useless

I am trying to log on but have forgotten password and they say they are sending an email but nothing is coming through. This is a dreadful service.

Lounge Key

I haven’t used the system as yet. However, it appears to be straight forward and easy enough to use.

Useless!

Impossible to register and log in.
