With the latest iOS updates or for whatever reason the app keeps on freezing and taking forever to load my new projects. I had to keep closing the app and reopening too much to continue editing my project. More error notifications I have ever experience experience before during the exporting process. Little disappointed. it’s a great app, but if this keeps happening, I can’t renew for another year.

I’ve been using LumaFusion for quite a while and it would work good back then but later on it started getting more buggy and buggy, and it started getting me more frustrated to use. That this point I’m kind of annoyed that it bugs up so much

I’ve only been using Luma for 3 days and it is not working. I’ve been trying to add sound effects but they just won’t play. I added some sound effects earlier in the video and they play but when I added another it just wouldn’t play which would make the other sound effects not work and I’ve tried everything from checking the audio levels to restarting both the app and my iPad and still nothing. Another issue I had was exporting, I would try and export and it would “finish” but a error message would pop up saying something about “Optimize your footage” I tried that 3 times and still exporting didn’t work. I wasted my time and money on this app.

I recently finished editing a five-minute long 4K video on my Mac M2 16RAM, with 60fps, 48khz sound, with a few titles and minor animations, and everything went great. Sure, super HD video can be overwhelming for a device like that, but if Lumafusion continues adding new features for effects, it could soon compete with the giant editing softwares.

This app fills a gap between a full blown editor like Premier and something too simple like Canva. It’s easy to use, yet packed with features. Fast. Easy.

This has been my go to editor for a while now. I also appreciate their dedication to one time purchases instead of monthly subscriptions. Not to mention the touch interface is by far the best! I have used this program for client work! Excellent program to tell your story! Excellent features! Speed ramping is here and add ons are a one time purchase or part of the creator pass!

App hangs and now apparently doesn’t save the last several minutes of timeline when it crashes and there’s no recovery option so I have to re-edit all over again
