The new all update is full of bugs and issues. Most of the time the tabs won’t load or it just sits there spinning. I can’t see any of my previously earned points or rewards. As a loyal customer, I’m super disappointed. Why do these updates always seem to get worse? Honestly, this horrible app is going to cause me to stop going to Luna Grill. What a pain.

I received a push notification but when I open the app and go to offers, nothing appears.

This app doesn’t even work. Every time I try to do anything it freezes and when I reopen it it acts like I haven’t created my account. I deleted the app since it was useless.

I used to be able to ask for no olives, etc but not anymore. Unless you like everything and you have no allergies this app is now useless. Have to take extra time to go inside order and wait instead of just ordering on the app and not waiting for pick up.

Which idiot developer decided to change the login from email to phone on the app? Deleted it because of it. Screw you.

This app is barely usable. What happened to the old one?? First you enter you phone number and 3 check boxes to do two-factor authentication. Once you get you code, you have to go through the tutorial screens to log I. With is and password (no facial recognition). Then when you try to scan your barcode (which the app calls a QR code and the receipt calls a bar code) the dang thing blows up. Please issue a new release!

I get my order ready then it wants me to create an account to sign in. I give my phone under. Then it starts all over again. Can’t place an order.
