The app is not easy to use ultra fine font and difficult to read, but once ordered, I went to the store to pick up my sandwich and it was ready on time, but they never put it on the customer pick up shelf until 10 minutes after it had sat in the bag and on the shelves in the back of the store. the chicken corn sandwich is way too spicy with the jalapeño relish. The store has plenty of people there lots of activity, but they don’t seem to be working well to solve the delays in serving the customers. not sure I will go back to Mendocino Farms Also no soft drinks and no regular iced tea. Just a bunch of weird drinks and could not find the prices for the drinks on the menu.

Great place and excellent food clean place to go eat lunch

So excited to have this app I love their food and how great it can be delivered!

My order was supposed to be ready by 5:45, but the cashier was hoping I would cancel the order because when I inquired about my order I was told there are 7 orders ahead of me and there is going to be a long wait, and he can’t tell me how long. He asked me to leave my info. so Mendocino can refund me in 1-3 days. This is not acceptable one way or the other.

Don’t force your users to engage in the insane tipping culture. Pay your employees a livable wage. Don’t sneak tips in at checkout with a default amount. Especially since there’s no option to cancel an order after it’s been placed.

Missing food, bad response. The app has no ability to reconcile missing items or refunds. Have to call the store only to be told we can’t deliver missing food & you’ll be refunded the the missing food cost, but there is no confirmation number & I’ve already paid taxes & tip on the balance that reflects the whole order.

I live close by so I like to place my order and walk over to eat there. Unfortunately there’s no option to have it served to eat there. Another change I would like to see is when I go there and I sit down outside there’s a barcode to let the server know where I’ve sat. This should be available for the app as well. And last, can we get a text when our order is ready? Sometimes I’m a hot mess and I don’t want to go in there and wait where everyone can see me. I’d rather wait in the parking lot. I recommend the app if you don’t wanna talk to a cashier.

I got the app so I could order and pay in advance and just go in and pick up my order when they told me it will be ready. Fat chance. Even in off hours like 2:30 in the afternoon they run 20 minutes to a half hour after the time the app says to pick it up. One more reason to not come back.

Wow, this app feels like a throwback to 2010. Truly a relic of the past. I think I would order Mendo more often if the app caught up with current technology.

This app adds the tip for you and the amount. It should ask you if you would like to add a Tip, not automatically add it for you, that should be illegal.
