Terrible product and app - doesn’t work and no reply from support after almost two weeks

I love this app and the products that they produce, it’s perfect for me and my boyfriend, I know what products I can buy for him for his birthday I love this

I absolutely love my lamp and my friend and I are having so much fun using them whilst we are not together. however the app could do with a few more features to make it even better. Notifications when someone has tapped their lamp or sent a tap/colour via the app would be fab so if you are not at home you still get notified and can respond, also the ability to connect your lamp to a new wifi without having to reset it would also be useful and make the lamp more mobile ;) That said this is such a brilliant bit of tech so simple and yet means so much. Thank you.

I absolutely love my lamp and it’s been amazing in my long distance relationship, but it would be 1000% better if the app ever actually loaded past the start-up screen so that I could use any of the features other than tapping the lamp itself.

Definitely 5 STARS! My toddler loves this and likes listening to his message every night. He loves the colours also. Worth it!
