I have paid them 87000 for my stay in Udaipur but hotel could not confirm my booking it’s been 5 days I made the booking. Customer care promising for 24 hrs everyday I call . But still hotel says we do not have any booking on your name

This is a fraud app. They take your money for a confirmed booking and then cancel your booking at the last minute. Lost more money on flights than what i was saving. Avoid this scam.

Compared the site to other famous portals and actually found the lux escape prices a lot higher.

Very poor service support. I booked a package last year but postponed it due to covid. When I asked for fresh dates they delayed it for no reason. Now I am chasing them for availability and they have gone silent. Literally cheated by these guys. Stay away from them

The deals on this website are ridiculously good! I thought it was too good to be true, but upon checking with the resort it turns out Luxury Escapes is actually offering the deal. Much needed app in these depressing covid times!
