Selling you a dream, but provide no customer support when things start to go south. Be careful when dealing with them!

Their referral code is not working. Login is having problem. Login on one device based on traveler’s home country is completely different from logging in on another device based on destination country. Bookings are missed. Refunds are not possible. The whole experience is so disappointing. Highly not recommended to buy deals from luxury escapes.

We got charged extra for children even if we booked for the whole family. The hotell told us it is mentioned on Luxury escapes ”fine print”, but I did not find it even when I searched for it. Luxury escapes did not tell us about the extra charge on the phone either, when I called, nor did anyone call me back, even if they said they would call me back half an hour later to make sure the booking went well.

Very convenient way to book for your holidays

First time used It had expectations sky high and it was met. Was not disappointed one bit Still waiting for a family of 5 holiday package to come along though

Good app so far. Would be great if incorporate a bookmark or favorites or watchlist so that we can keep an eye or narrow down the search on certain packages or deals. Also a filter or a sorting will also be useful. Thanks keep up the good work!

Very good deal I have 3 kids and hard to book a room but because they have good deals we able to book 2 rooms with good price, good service trustworthy site, apps, keep up the good work and help more families, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
