Ive had nothing but issues trying to book and reschedule trips through this app, $8,000 turned to $0 in less than a year because its such a hassle to use credits and try to get flights switched around. If you are gonna book through luxury escapes just do a hotel, but i definitely wont be

Options are good and prices really worth it. The app itself could use a few more filter functionalities when searching for a trip.

I wasted a precious Saturday morning searching for the perfect hotel for my upcoming vacation. After carefully comparing numerous apps and offers, I finally decided on a Luxury Escapes deal. I booked the room, my credit card was charged, and I was excited to confirm the reservation directly with the hotel. That's when the nightmare began. The hotel had no record of my booking. Upon contacting Luxury Escapes customer service, I was informed that the room I had booked was no longer available due to a "computer glitch." The only remaining options were significantly more expensive suites, a price difference I believe Luxury Escapes should have covered as compensation for their error. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, and it wasted a significant amount of my time.

It shows purchases are refundable but they don't refund they just provide credit which must be used on LE purchases. Very bad!

Super simple to use and pretty good deals available. Liking the app so far!

Cant seem to find flights with trip tried 3 separate times. App seems to glitch back to main home. Not going to book. I even tried to cLl, hold time exceeded 8mon. I hung up!

Why do I have to type in the destination every time I change screens. Just remember my last entry.

Why you promote to download the app if then you get it and the prices are more expensive everywhere. Same dates, same guests, same destination.

I downloaded this, haven’t gotten very far in it bc this just happened but I went in as a guest and clicked on the first advertised trip & the app crashed lol sooo I went back to this page that was still open & here we are

If you want to change your dates, you have to call them just for a quote and when they send you a quote you have to again call them to confirm and again pay $50 extra for luxury escape + change fees and again call them to confirm it 😂 Please save yourself the headache and book it from google flights or Expedia. Had the worst experience ever!
