I can’t login my app even i know my username and password why is it like this? Does anyone know the solution? Plz help😭

I have requested for a new atm card and it’s been over 3 months i haven’t received it aside that now i can’t login to my account i have received salary in my account and i cannot withdraw my money if i call also no one is there to answer very very bad

The face recognition data upload never worked!!!

I have call and sent many email but problem not resolved ….almost a month I send money and yet to receive it …. This bank was good and nice but problem solving is 0%

Too much time for login- Better to go for other Banks
