It’s almost one month since I engendered an account with Mbank of which I was exhilarating at first. it’s taking them forever to activate my account or even issue me debit card. The situation with them is perplexing. I complied to their conformity and procedures. I deposited money and yet, I made incentive decision calling them several times, there hasn’t been inclination of any sort activating the account. Didn’t expect to be protracted up to this time. I was at their substratum head office at Abu Dhabi, should I say they are inconsistent to give customers valuable information and details? After calling 600 571 111 one of the representative made proclivity move reassuring me it would be checked. I have been reverently silent. Now I’m sultry.

I mistakenly applied for a opened smart account and also applied for it debit card, this is a mistake from my end as I only wanted savings account and it debit card, please deactivate the smart account and it debit card application. You guys are the worse, debit card and Apple Pay doesn’t work and no one is available to talk. Also they debit and don’t return money

I have requested for a new atm card and it’s been over 3 months i haven’t received it aside that now i can’t login to my account i have received salary in my account and i cannot withdraw my money if i call also no one is there to answer very very bad

I have call and sent many email but problem not resolved ….almost a month I send money and yet to receive it …. This bank was good and nice but problem solving is 0%
