I purchased a ıne year subcription via Apple App Store, payment was issued and my subscription is not activated. I reached to customer service and my issue is not resolved. I can not receive the service nor the refund.

Bruger aldrig mere en krone på et selskab som reklamerer med at beskytte enheder…. Får stadig alt mulig l..t og skrammel som i burde sortere fra …… endvidere er det totalt umuligt at framelde at få noget som helst fra jer ….. selvom jeg blokerer jer sender i stadig til mine e-mail adresser om jeres tilbud og advarsler …… næste ombæring bli’r at gå til journalistiske eller TV stationer med jeres metoder. Vil også advare offentligt og venner på Facebook omkring jeres metoder som jeg anser som spam og dårlig markedsførelse…. Mvh. Tommy Nielsen

På AppStore står der 30 måneders fri - og i appen står der, du har 30 dages fri - det står der i dagevis og tæller ikke ned - er denne app ægte???? Et så stort og velanskrevet firma, laver da ikke den slags fejl🙈

Hvorfor bliver i ved med at sende mig trusler om at min enhed har 57 virus efter jeg har slettet jeres app.?Hvis det her bliver ved bliver i Politianmeldt for trusler. Der kommer 20 mail fra McAfee hver dag med at der er fundet en masse virus i min iPad og der kommer lige så mange mails fra Norton.Hvad er i for syge mennesker der sidder og gør sådan.Tag og stop alt jeres SPAM.
