Safe Web search switches itself off all the time. Doesn’t work on iPhone 8. No other security programs installed.
Great app
Great app for security five stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🤩
Purchased but unable to access subscript
After multiple attempts through the past year, I have been unable to activate the subscription purchased via the App Store. Ended up purchasing a different comparable app with superior support. After I placed this review, I received a response inviting me to attempt to follow up with the same dead end attempt to resolve the issue that I had tried before. It sounds like it’s well meaning but it’s not enough. Again I have tried over and over again to resolve this.
Buggy and an upgrade funnel
The app has become very buggy over the past year. Added lots of “to see results upgrade now” and I wonder if the concentration on this is leading to decline in quality
Cancelled
I canceled total AV weeks ago before the free trial was over and they still charged me $9.95.
Not user friendly
Difficult to change email.
VPN issues
Certain apps won’t work with the vpn on, some websites too. Not a major issue, but it’s just a pain to have to switch it off to use those apps.
Great till they doubled the cost $$$
So tired of these companies doubling the cost of the app renewal in the name of inflation. In reality their cost did not double. It is a money grab. Don't support this behavior. Goodbye.
Please remove me from list from everything
Why would any real company after not renewing this long why would they block my screen with finish setting up garbage if you ever had a chance getting us to give another cent to your disgraceful garbage you destroyed any hope of that how stupid win customers back don’t force and take over what a disgrace of a company
