I trying to pay my utility bills when its comes to otp entering its showing msg otp expired please regenerate it again and its happening before countdown time please make the correction i want to pay my bills

Dear MCB IT team learn from faysal and Habib bank app how to facilitate the customer. MCB mobile banking app is worst experience except only one good thing transfer in roshan digital account from abroad is done quickly.

The worst application as compared to all other Pakistani banks applications. The ever ever top worst application MCB Live especially when you are switching old device to new device.

Useless app not working on iPhone

I am outside the country and I switched my mobile to iPhone but this app asking for the biometrics, after four tries it not works even I logged in message showing dialogue box for biometrics verification from branch because it failed to verify, and there is even no proper support.

I would like to give feedback on my experience with your mobile banking app. The overall user experience has been challenging, with frequent requests for OTPs even after beneficiary verification. Despite providing all necessary details during the account opening process, my email address is not reflected in the profile, and OTPs are not being received via email. The initial promise of a seamless digital experience was compromised when I was required to visit the branch again for fingerprint verification, even though I had already provided fingerprints during the account opening. This redundant process has made the app unnecessarily complicated to use.Moreover, the promotional incentives promised during the account opening, such as a free checkbook, locker, and platinum card with a 200,000 deposit, have not been fulfilled. As of now, I only have a debit card.I believe there is a lack of supervision in ensuring the fulfillment of promised services and maintaining the efficiency of the mobile banking app. I kindly request that these issues be addressed promptly to enhance the overall customer experience and fulfill the commitments made during the account opening process, and please look other banking apps and learn from them in order to provide smooth experience to respective customers. Thank you

Very worst experience with this bank facing very slow service downloading the app

Its been two years i’m trying to use mcb live on ios but it doesnt register always gives an error.

Really Really bad Experience with the app and Customer service.Since last 5 hours I am trying to transfer 50K PKR but I can’t it’s showing Error , many times i call to the customer service representatives but no one knows how to help the customer .They will tell you that they will call back but Dnt even expect that because they will not do it .I suggest Dnt ever Open Account in MCB Bank specially Rohan Digital Account Worst Experience Ever -1 star
