I have used this app from the very beginning and I love it! I have found it clear and very helpful in so many aspects of my life. Even use it with my 8year old grandson. The minimal yearly subscription is just another bonus. I have also found monty to be very eager to explain problems and he genuinely does want to help people long term, a very caring guy

I haven’t experienced the app yet but I wanted to alert you to that you’re able to get everything for free by clicking the buy button, then clicking cancel on everything but the first screen when you start the app.

I love this app. The meditations are easy to follow and guide you clearly to a calmer more tranquil self. I also like the shorter meditations for the various on the move modes, which allow you to incorporate them into your everyday life. An inspiring and very useful app.

The meditations are great but navigating the app is really difficult, I keep getting stuck and have to exit from the app completely to get back to the home page.

I’ve been using this app during a stressful time and it has been very useful and calming. I find Monty’s voice suits me and has none of the irritating inflections found in some other guided meditations! Also he was very helpful and responsive when I contacted him about a problem I had with the app.

Was so pleased when I downloaded this app to trial - really simple and easy to use. Some meditation and Mindful apps are ironically quite stressful and confusing, whereas Minding doesn’t make too many demands and has a lovely pace and tone.
