It just doesn’t work at all: an utter waste of my time .

I changed my password and running iOS 16.1. I cannot access the app. I use it quite often too.

Worked fine for years now like all MINI apps keeps asking me to sign in and won't recognise my user name & password. Rubbish cos we pay for the car and then aren't allowed access to a digital version of the handbook without signing in. Stupid really esp when the app won't recognise my login credentials. SORT IT OUT.

Asks me to login but then doesn’t respond when I tap the button to add my vehicle details so I can’t download anything. Absolutely pointless.

Really needs an update, just look at the dated wiper section for instance…. Nothing like my 2021 model….

It doesn’t work! Error code 1020 keeps popping up when I enter my details. It’s a shame because I was really looking forward to getting the full experience.

First thing this app asks for is the userid and password but the keyboard doesn’t pop up so I can’t enter anything. It used to work a few months ago but there’s been a couple of updates since I last used it.

Bought my new mini at the weekend. Disappointed that the 300+ page manual includes no instructions for the sat nav and audio but directed me to download this app, which then I have to register, then find my VIN, then wait for a download which then only delivers and error message saying the server is down for maintenance but it will be up in a couple of hours, which it wasn’t, it’s still the same message a day later. Mini if you’re going to insist on making it so complicated at least make sure it works. If you’re trying to save paper just give us a PDF!! Or just include it in the manual. (That’s way too long and wordy anyway and would benefit from serious editing down)

Access remote says it’s successful then doesn’t update status, asked it to precondition which it says successfully received then doesn’t do it. Very poor for a small car circa £30k.

Type in email address and password. Then wants chassis number. Find this and input. Then you have to download the manual. Tried this and app is undergoing maintenance. Tried later and still not working.
