Modanisa: Online Fashion Shop

First of all , the photos make the items look so high quality , I bought a dress for around 50$ and the quality was awful the dress looked like it was high quality in the pictures and so did the description say , but when I first received the dress, it was just terrible quality, it felt plasticy and stiff almost no comfort , I honestly expected more from this store but now I’m just disappointed.

Im normally size 12 so I bought size 12. When i got i was sooo big and i was disappointed. First of all it was expensive and i waited nearly 2 weeks for it. Never but from this trashy app!

This app is having issues most of the time, loading & loading 😜. I added items in the basket but when I click the basket it shows empty. So confusing, I deleted my account and had to create new account. I emailed the customer service last week but there is no response, very poor service .

Every dress I bought in Modanisa is of excellent quality. Shipments and delivery were made on time. Overall a good service.

Purchased some items from Modanisa for the first time, few days later i kept getting notifications that they required a complete address to avoid return, but I already input my full address when I checked out as well as my details for delivery requirements, I don’t understand how they still asked for my full address even though I already emailed and called the shipping company to confirm my full address again, very disappointing

This is a great online store with heaps of variety to choose from. They are truly descent and prices are expected not overly inflated for foreigners to order. The shipment takes about 3-4 weeks, anyone planning to order for an occasion may need to order in advance. The only setback I have is that the store should sell with TL not foreign exchange as this puts off many international buyers.

The pictures look so deceiving, I bought a dress for 30. ? And something cents and then when I received it, the quality was trash 🗑 it was so fake and when I wore it, It felt very uncomfortable let me tell how bad it is, first it’s expensive, then the quality is so freaking trash 🗑 it’s like the fakest material I have ever felt, then they make the pictures so deceiving to the point where most people who use that app, think that the dress is good quality and 👗 is like AmAzInG WHICH ITS NOT , so that’s all, I don’t recommend using this app or buying from it .

The Modanisa app is soo slow and laggy. And some of their products have been out of stock for months.
