Modanisa: Online Fashion Shop

I been contacting customer service for the past 5 weeks, they are careless, all what they do copy paste. I asked to speak with a manager many times they refused. I received damaged items as long as weird wrong sizes of other items. The quality of clothes on this website it becomes worse and worse by the time. They give a very hard time if you want to return items plus they ask for pictures and measurements and give customers a headache. They don't care about customer satisfaction at all.

I used to buy a lot from them but now the return fee is 20$ so I wouldn’t buy anything again

I bought from Modanisa 2 times. I have to say their products quality and delivery services fascinate me so much. Their products design seems modern and innovative. Definitely I will buy from their app in future.

الموقع في بداياته كان ممتاز من حيث الاسعار و جودة المنتجات و مطابقتها للتفاصيل في الموقع و سياسات الاعادة و الارجاع و خدمة الزبائن عدت هذه السنة و طلبت طلبيتين متتاليتين بواقع ٣٠ منتج تقريباً ، كانت نسبة المنتجات غير المطابقة للموقع تتجاوز للنصف و اضطررت لارجاعها بسبب العيوب التي فيها لاتفاجىء بتغريمي تكلفة الشحن!! كما وان المدة المذكورة للارجاع في التطبيق ٦٠ يوماً لكنهم يحتسبون ٣٠يوماً من مدة الاستلام و بعد جهد طويل للتواصل مع موظفي خدمة الزبائن اخبرني احدهم ان المدة تحدثت لتصبح ٣٠ يوماً بدلاً من ٦٠ يوماً وان هذ المعلومة لم يتم تحديثها على التطبيق لن اطلب منكم مجدداً

If you want to return something you won’t get a full refund. The sizes are never correct.

المنتجات اصبحت سيئة من حيث الجودة والطلبات المرسله لا نطابق المواصفات المعروضة الطلب كان مكون من ٢ تنورة كانوا بلون مخالف للمعروض ٢ بلوزة واحده منهم مختلفة تماما في نقشتها رالاخرى سيئة من حيث جودة القماش

The horrible appe

I ordered 4 items and 1 of the product is wrong they sent a different item now i cant even return the product because of the shipping charges and cant even exchange because there is no option for exchange.

I ordered a body oil from NUXE brand and when the order arrived it was missed!! After I ordered it , I couldn’t find the whole brand on your website !! However , it’s expensive and it costs 30 JD and it’s missed from my order Modanisa said that the order was fully packed and there is no missing items Unfortunately I didn’t see any help to find a solution for my problem

My review was a 4 star and its since dropped another star because whoever runs the app clearly isn't paying attention to what customers. My last review commented on the lack of options for shipping RETURNS and their response to my review was about shipping to the customer lol.
