Very bad fabric

I’ve been a customer for 8 years now. Today was an awful experience to me. Awful customer service. Assistants have zero communication skills and zero patience. An assistant today failed to provide any single information regarding my shipment. She was too busy ending the conversation.

In all honesty, this is the first application I order from. Then if I want to return a product, I have to ship the product myself and pay the shipping fee, even though the reason for the return is poor quality and incorrect measurements... This is the last time I order from this application. I deleted the application and deleted my account.

If you want to buy something and return it for paying more than it’s price on shipping, then you should choose modanisa Worst return policy i’ve ever seen!!

I hope if there is less than one star The worst customer service, I paid to return the clothes with wrong size 100 USD and the shipping company is calling them to collect the shipment and no response. I lost about 400 USD Not recommended at all. Don’t deal with them.

They would leave you for ten days with everyday promises that shipping is within 24 hrs First they lie and say that the delay is because of supply items and shipping will be within 24 hours if you cancel the supply items so you will cancel the supply items then you may wait fot other three days check still preparing order then send customer service and again claim shipping will be in 24 hours then you wait another two days then check still prepared then again contact customer service again they will reply that shipping will be within 24 hours and lies and lies continue…

I was using Modanisa app for the past 3 years (at least). Honestly the quality of the app, brands and the materials of which the clothes and accessories are made have gone down dramatically. Also the affordable stuff are now very well hidden in the app not like before.. Anyway, Modanisa still remains a good place to shop for modest and hijab clothes

The return system is very, very bad

Customer service are clueless- fraud companies they send wrong items them never pick them up and never refund

On time delivery and best quality and correct size every thing is perfect
