The brand is great however the app has some bugs. Many times it get stuck loading. also when I need to return an item, I can’t see the form, the page is blank. The return steps can also be improved with better instructions, such as link to the delivery points where to take the package for return.

Everytime I wanna place an order, it says “we couldn’t fulfill the payment, please try again later”. And I try with different payment methods.

Vostri prodotti sono buoni, a volte ottimi e chic, a volte pessimi. Ma noi in europa abbiamo un problema, il reso costa troppo anche più del valore dell’articolo da rendere. Vorrei poter acquistare con più libertà. Per questo motivo acquisto meno da voi. Perchè non adottate una voce di quota di assicurazione sull’acquisto, facoltativa, così per permettere a noi di fare un reso gratuito.

ho ordinato dei fular per mia mamma a fine luglio e non sono mai arrivati, ho anche fatto richiesta per il rimborso mai arrivato anche quello
