I am so disappointed from the quality of clothes they sell and if you want to return you have to pay around £15 that is very unfair 😡😡😡😡😡😡

its a scam be careful its a scam don't buy don't buy!! i bought 2 items and they were big for me. The pants was £19.76 and they gave me back only £5.12 Also i bought a dress for £20.79 and they only gave me back £8.21 and they said they wont send me back full amount back and said they wont give items back! DONT BUY!

The app it self need alot of updates if the mobile screen turned of for even seconds you will lost all of your search

I buy all my modest wear from Modanisa as well as my prayer clothes Love Refka brand for my dresses. Everyone is always asking where I get my dresses from. I find delivery is fairly quick. Highly recommend it

I had a worst shopping experience with them. Poorest customer service, if you have any difficulties with your order or you need to exchange/return be prepared to get absolutely no help from them. Waste of time, no UK contact number with no UK’s standard of customer service. I’ve been trying to return an order and they’ve been messing me about for nearly a month.
