The horrible appe
I ordered 4 items and 1 of the product is wrong they sent a different item now i cant even return the product because of the shipping charges and cant even exchange because there is no option for exchange.
I ordered a body oil from NUXE brand and when the order arrived it was missed!! After I ordered it , I couldn’t find the whole brand on your website !! However , it’s expensive and it costs 30 JD and it’s missed from my order Modanisa said that the order was fully packed and there is no missing items Unfortunately I didn’t see any help to find a solution for my problem
I usually love 80% of what I buy, but my goodness does the return fee really discourage me from buying/trying different brands/sellers. Their return fees are at least double what others have AND you have no other options with their returns. Plus the customer service is lacking. Kinda sad.
The worst customer service I ever had. I wonder how do they keep their business going without this terrible customer support.
I HATE that every time I switch out of the app to make a call or send a text, the app automatically takes me the homepage. I lose all my “work”, I can’t go back to where I was. I’ve been trying to shop for months but can’t because of this glitch. I hate it. Amazon keeps track of everything for me and never kicks me out for switching apps. 😫😫😫
I lost my package since it not delivered and the customer service not responding to me
I ordered stuff for my wife to wear on my son’s graduation ceremony , but Fedex delivered it to wrong address. Then Fedex couldn’t track the package. I requested Modanisa to start claim process. 2 months passed since that so far nothing has been done.
