Momence

The app is fine for finding and booking classes. But I have spent about a month and a half now trying to g to find a way to cancel my membership and close my account. It’s hidden. Clicking on support takes me to a site that talks about their support without actually letting me contact anyone. It’s frustrating.

Very not user friendly! Cannot book multiple classes by keep adding to the cart and do check out at once at the end. Every time have to answer stupid questions about whether pregnant, whether other issues and whether have Pilate experience before! Very bad design!

On iPhones the “Add to Calendar” only integrates with apples iCal and does not give an option to use google calendar. I do not use iCal and do not even have the app on my phone nor want to download it to solely use it for this app but this is the ONLY way to add classes onto a calendar. Because of this I may cancel my membership with the company that uses momence’s platform because of this MAJOR usability flaw.

Sheri is a very special human being and a fantastic yoga teacher. Her flows are challenging in the best way possible. You get a great work out all while working on your inner peace - Sheri always have beautiful messages that help us to quiet the busy mind and to soul connect. Whatever level you are in yoga, I highly recommend this class and this beautiful intimate studio.

If I could make one suggestion, I wish the HipHop classes actually played HipHop music (T.I. - JaRule - Drake - Eve) not just R.B. music .

I downloaded app. There was a default studio added to my account. There is no way to get rid of the default studio and no way to add a different studio. I tried to contact support and got stuck in a circular vortex, where I sign in, select contact support, get instructions to sign in again?!?!?! Then sign in again and the option to contact support magically disappears!!! I will remove the app from my phone and spend 6 hours in therapy to get over my mental anguish.

I do not like that my Pilates studio switched to this. I am unable to access any Momence customer support, the app does not link to the web version so the app does not remember the password that I was instructed to change via email. The link in the email opens onto the web version of Momence and the app does not communicate with that - sloppy, sloppy programming. There is no number to call or ability to chat; when one is instructed to log in to chat, it opens to the web version of the studio booking page, which does not have any customer support for the clients of the studios that use Momence. Really hate Momence and would not recommend it.

Costs so much to use the services. Fees charged from both ends and find the constant changes to be ineffective in keeping studios accessible
