Super easy to use, very intuitive and love that it’ll add classes to my calendar!

Very impressed with simple clarity of pages and ease of use

It's asking me to add my phone number before giving me access yet unable to add my phone number. It's stuck on the start screen. Annoying.

The app currently does not state the expiry date of the events, for example it would only show it would expire after 31 days but not the specific date of expiry.

Discrediting other companies in an attempt to make a sale is honestly one of the most pathetic sales tactics I’ve ever seen.

Ease of access managing classes and membership

No way to add memberships or book on app, it works on website, that’s for past year and 3 different yoga studios?

The communication with Momence over a problem with my account is unbelievably poor. The ‘chat’ is carried out over emails which is a poor platform and they are completely unable to give a time frame for how long it will take to resolve the issue with my account. TERRIBLE.

I used this app to book some basic Pilates lessons. After booking I got an email saying I was booked on an intermediate lesson which was not appropriate given I have never done Pilates before. Then when I checked on the app it now said I am booked on Advanced lesson! The flakiness of the app shouldn’t have been a problem if I could contact someone to get it corrected BUT there is no way of contacting anyone to discuss the class or any issues with the app - no “contact us” form, no phone number and no email address. I went in to down to earth to try to sort this out and they refused to believe this had happened, although after I showed them the confirmation stating “intermediate” and booking showing “advanced” I think they realised something had gone wrong. I have not had a refund and basically £80 down. Avoid this app at all costs!

This application doesn’t let you cancel your membership. It gives an option to gyms to block ur accessibility to cancel your membership!!! So you have to walk to the gym and ask them to cancel it for you!!
