Momence is hands down the best software application I’ve ever used. I have a background in both software and fitness and this app impressed me every day. If you’re a studio looking for software to use, this is it. I’ve demoed 10 software packages for gym management and this was clearly #1. If you’re a client, you better hope that your studio uses Momence. My rep from Momence, Damian, is incredible and it’s clear that he cares greatly about my studios success!

Ever since the latest update, the app takes forever to load. It’s incredibly frustrating and basically unusable now. Please fix this ASAP

I wish you could share schedules with friends!

It used to be that when I had to cancel a class, that class was added back to my membership. Now something happened with the app and it no longer returns the credits. This is happening to many people at my studio and it is super annoying for the studio staff to try to correct. Please fix this bug immediately as it is a huge inconvenience.

For any ongoing subscription you should make it easy to cancel it. Legally you are required to.

Why do airhead marketers think that making it as difficult as possible to cancel a subscription is not a shady thing? They point you to some “help” article about how to cancel, but in reality there is no option to do anything the article says and you instead have to call individual places until the pilates studio owner eventually gets back to you a week later after you have already paid another month. INCOMPETENCE OR FRAUD?

I would give a better rating if it supported air play

This app is very cumbersome and not very intuitive. You have to figure it out through trial and error because of the lack of it’s intuitive nature.

Just a really buggy app, the calendar integration doesn’t work half the time. Glad it has Apple Pay though!
