I’m enjoying this app, it’s a good prod to get up from my desk and move around a bit. Should be essential for all home workers. I’m sure people could do these exercises themselves but it provides variety of exercises and prompts without having to think too much, a godsend for those of us so caught up we forget to move. I contacted support and I found the response quick and helpful an important consideration when thinking of annual subscription.

Why can’t I just use the free version if it’s free? I don’t want to subscribe before I’ve even tried it - it’s only giving me an option for a 7day trial but see other users using free version all the time?

I absolutely love this app and recommend it to all my friends. I just stayed with free app for a couple of years but now I have just subscribed. The free app is great but I am enjoying a wider range of activities with the paid version. I love that I can set the activities to a short 3 minutes every hour or when it suits. 3 minutes doesn’t seem intrusive in my working day and gets me to move my body - I have a desk job so feel this is super important. As an update I’d like to be able to favourite some of the activities and dislike the ones I don’t enjoy. It can be a bit frustrating when the activities I don’t like pop up - you can skip them and get a new choice but this seems a bit silly to me - I’d like to “unlove” them. All in all this is the best quick activity app around.

Premium subscriber I like the reminders, the choice of exercises and the animated examples. But the app freezes a fair bit and currently congratulates me on completing a walk every time I open it. I hope it gets fixed, because it has some great features and I would like to keep using it.

I don’t often write reviews but I had to write this one. This app is brilliant. I am an ex personal trainer turned desk bound home worker. When I first started my job where I was sat at a desk all day I really struggled to motivate myself to get up and move every so often even though i knew that I needed to. Ever since I have started using the app I have found it so easy to get a little bit of movement in every hour or so. The variety of movement sessions in the subscription are so worth the money, some days I don’t want to get sweaty or get my heart rate up so I just do a bit of breathing and mobility work and I feel so much better for it. The exercise instructions and animations are easy to follow along and how you move is highly customisable. It also tells my Apple Watch when I have done some movement which counts towards my exercise minutes. All in all I love this app.

I’ve been feeling very stiff working from home and realised how little I’ve been moving. This app was exactly what I was looking for and has been a great reminder to get up and move. The exercises and really clear and I love that it’s customisable! Great stuff ⭐️

A great app, no more aches and tightness

It’s rare I write reviews but I had to praise this app. Like many of us I sit all day at work and only exercises in bursts, I often ache and just assumed it’s part of being a sedentary 30 year old. After the first day of following the hourly breaks I noticed my mood improved and amazingly my aches and pains. After a week, I feel so much better physically and mentally, usually I have tight hips and shoulders but this is completely alleviated. I feel silly for not realising how easy and fun it is to make yourself feel better! Just goes to show you can spend time in the gym but you really need frequent movement. I know look forward to my notification and I’m even tempted to put it on at the weekends as a reminder to move. I’ll be buying the year subscription as it is really reasonable for such a benefit to my life.

Although this app doesn’t record my breaks as I’d expected, I’ve had some very helpful conversations with the developers as a result of my confusion. The library of activities is useful, and it sounds as if there’s a lot of work going on to improve the data visualisations. Thanks, Calvin, for your advice and suggestions ;-).
