Such a poor product. So limited. Lame! Up your game if your gonna charge us this much! Your prices are ridiculous
Very easy to use
I would recommend spending a good half hour properly setting up motion the first time, but it’s very easy to use and great for productivity

Terrible piece of software
Missing Easy functions. Not worth buying yet
For an expensive AI app it’s missing basic functions like the ability to see a monthly view of your calendar of just events (not tasks). Like you’ve synced all the calendars you may as well be what you claim to be and be a good AI Assistant. Now I need to likely buy another app just to see my monthly schedule… Also, for the booking system, please enable multiple choice for the invitee questionnaire
No offline mode is a huge oversight
The lack of an offline mode in this app (or Mac app) is a huge oversight and quite frustrating. It would be incredibly helpful to at least view synced tasks and add new ones while offline, with automatic syncing once back online. Given that the app is designed to boost productivity, it's disappointing not to be able to utilise spare time, such as on a plane, to manage tasks. The inability to access any to-dos when offline is a significant issue that needs addressing.
Another monthly subscription
Only after downloading the app are you told it’s a paid service. It’s a no from me!
Terrible customer service
Don’t reply to emails, app not very functional or useful for price

So far I haven’t found it to help reduce my scattered brain, if anything, it has made it worse. Not being able to see a weekly/monthly or even yearly view of my tasks isn’t helpful. Trying to change tasks to set days time, like appointments that HAVE to be that day/time is difficult. Wanting to set recurring tasks for certain days is proving difficult too. Their advertising makes it look very easy, however I have to disagree with the picture they’re trying to portray.
Ridiculous price for good app
$34.99/month is probably the most outrageous subscription cost I have seen in any app. That’s 3 Netflix subscriptions! How can that be reasonable? It’s not delivering millions of hours of large video content. Even when I cancelled and they offered $19.99 that is way too much. Should be under $5. I think it would be more profitable anyway. Most people won’t pay this. I can’t justify it. There’s nowhere near enough value for that price. It’s good, but really not that much overhead for them.
