Used to love it more
The new interface is great. But they started adding local tax rates despite accumulating below the allowable amount.
Insane Price Increase after today’s update
A t-shirt I ordered roughly a week ago cost £50 total, but now priced £68 plus £8 brokerage fee bringing the total to £76, which is an increase of more than 50%. A toy i previously paid £12.50 total is now worth £25.70, including brokerage fee, which is a 100% increase! Price was same up until my mr porter app was updated earlier.

Some of them are not in stock and the release of limited pairs have been captured by bots! Hope they can improve all of this

Classy
Packaging is superb, elegant and of high standards. Delivery service (DHL) is fast. London to the Philippines max 5 days and not to mention, its FREE. Appreciate.
Order Promptness
Very good delivery process! Had a smooth transaction (1st time to order) and others that are pending. Hopefully it’ll stay that way.
