I ordered a fear of god essentials t-shirt, a few letters are missing from the brand. Looks like a Chinese fake. They offered a 10% discount or send a refund at my expense. I've never experienced worse customer service.

Hi, there is a problem with application. When the application is grouped with another shop application on my iPhone, it freezes and never starts. Please fix this bug, it appeared just several days ago, used to work fine. Thank you

Hello! Why can't I shop on Mr. Porter for two years? I have contacted you so many times and until now you can not help me!!! (((Payment does not go through any of my cards and even through Pay Pal!!! (Why??? A year and a half or two ago, I bought sneakers from you and since then not a single purchase has passed! (((You always answered me for a long time and what I wanted to buy someone else! ((I don't know where to go already!?! ((I shop in other online stores and everything is fine! What's the matter with Mr. Porter!??

Отвратительная поддержка

Задерживают посылку на месяц, после обращения – отписка, что решают проблему. Написал ещё раз через неделю, и снова тот же самый автоматический ответ. Проблему не решают. Приложение глючит.

The store is great but the app is awful

I don’t know already how long the app hasn’t been properly working- wish list doesn’t work since I remember this year and still. And it’s impossible to add the items to the bag! Please do something! We, customers, love Mr Porter but this broken app experience kill the wish to buy anything..

UX is a nightmare

Can’t believe that all these 5-star marks are real. The company should change its UX team for the mobile app. I am a loyal customer with 20+ orders and always enjoyed a web version. The app is not usable.
