Cannot delete account or unsubscribe

Placed an order and only then the app showed delivery in an hour, no heads up nothing before placing the order. Once I saw that, in a few second tried t cancel but the app refused, cuz order is under preparation, not even one minute has passed!! Crazy!

Tried to order multiple times but never found a courier to deliver. Useless app if they don’t have couriers using them

تطيبق جدا سئ خدمة عملاء عنصريين …. لا تستلم طلبك كامل و لا تاخد حقك حرامية و كذابين creally bad app you will not your order completely and they won’t refund you 0 star. Customer service is racist

Very helpful but should provide more payment options upon delivery (not only Apply Pay & STC pay)
