MRSOOL APP | تطبيق مرسول

My account has been suspended and I am trying to reactivate it but there is no way to contact support. I sent several emails and tweets but got no response. Also I was trying to delete my account but that is also facing problems.

This people don’t have any customer support . If you order from them and you faced any issues there is no customer care support You will not find there customer care number and if you go through app you will find only FAQ’s and email which they never respond

they took 2 hours then i came to know that they cancelled my order i would put 0 stars if i could

It says “Assigning a courier” for 2 hours and get cancelled ! Worst food app Time waste. This is my second time happening.

Always late by two hours not helpful for food delivery like this

العمولة التي يأخذها التطبيق غير عادلة إطلاقًا، المندوب يستخدم سيارته الشخصية ويتحمل قيمة الوقود ومصاريف صيانة السيارة ويهدر وقته وجهده والنهاية تؤخذ منه نسبة بهذا القدر..!!

Can you please make it fully english version So that everyone can use it else only those who know arabic can use l. So humble requst is make the english version fully not half the way right know because i tried to join and i jave choosen english version but no use 😒 arabic is coming
