They will keep your money.
Remember to remove student before they graduate high school. My student graduated and they kept my money. I was never able to take the money out. And the balance keeps decreasing every single year. I wasn’t even about to transfer the money to another student.
Horrible
The app itself works fine, however i do not believe it should cost money to put funds into your childs school lunch account. Family who are in a different school district have apps that charge nothing to get your kids lunch money put in. I couldnt imagine making money off kids/parents lunch money!
Doesn’t work— like most school apps
Some get a real app designer to build these things out for schools. MSB stinks; don’t love the interface and def DONT love getting all the spam it comes with.
Almost Useless
App constantly crashes, but worst of all the autopay feature does not work. My kiddo goes to buy their lunch and doesn’t have enough money because of this. Very frustrating.
The fee is absurd
To constantly pay a fee to load up school lunch money is absurd and they cap you at $200 so you can’t even try to avoid the fees, that will pay for 38 days of lunch which means if you can afford to drop the max in here you will still pay endless fees.

Glitchy as #%^
This app is full of glitches and has not worked right for years.
There is no option to transfer money from your checking account, so you are forced to pay fees for debit/credit purchases (as if parents don’t have enough to deal with in this economy). What are the fees going towards anyway? It is certainly not going towards improving the app, so I guess it’s going in someone’s pocket.
I was unable to load a parking pass so I contacted support and they told me to go to the website (not the app) to complete the purchase. Then they told me to uninstall and reinstall the app and they assured me that it would work correctly. Guess what? It doesn’t. I’ve already done that many times.
The notifications within the app never go away even after you delete them over and over.
If you have 2 users on the same account, one will always have issues logging on.
The app lags consistently. Half of the items won’t load correctly.
After I purchased another parking pass and off campus ID, it took weeks before the order was completed. The parking permit finally went through but the campus ID still hasn’t cleared.
I am just thankful that this is the last year that I have to deal with this garbage app. I feel sorry for the parents that have to deal with this for many years to come.
Please, for the love of God, fix this horrible app.
Endless fees
Perhaps my complaint should be more with my local school district in Clever, MO opting out of doing a part of what the school staff is paid to do and has been doing until recently - HANDLING SCHOOL LUNCH AND OTHER FEES IN HOUSE. But complaints to the crappy district have already been made. HOWEVER, as other parents have noted in several reviews, the GREED of the company behind this app is unbelievable. “Processing fees” all over the place, need to add cash for school lunches? PROCESSING FEE. Need to pay for your child to use a nigh-useless and outdated Chromebook at their school (a Chromebook which has been paid for BY TAX PAYERS ALREADY)? PROCESSING FEE. Incredible. Processing fees for everyone! The fees themselves don’t hurt me financially, but in a country suffering economically and with food prices skyrocketing and inflation still incredibly high, the schools partner with this developer to CHARGE PARENTS MORE?? What about parents with limited income? Or single parent households?? There isn’t even a “fee-free” direct-from-bank method option! The “processing fee” should (and normally does, with honest developers and honest people) refer to a CREDIT CARD processing fee - not a parent trying to use their routing number to pay for their children’s food for school! The partnering schools? Abhorrently lazy and inept. The heads behind this app? SHAMEFUL AND DISGUSTING.
Horrible
This app is horrible. The fee is ridiculous. This app needs to be fixed. It freezes, lags, exits out unexpectedly and most of the features aren’t available. It doesn’t except my payment method most of the time and did I mention the fee. I really hope my district drops this unreliable worthless app and just let’s high schoolers use cards.
Terrible App
This is by far the worst app that we’ve had to use for school. Nothing works! I guess sending checks will be our method for this school year. They change the app every year anyway so next year we will have something new!!
