Buyer beware, this company is a total scam. I paid over $200 CAD and was told I had a 14 day guarantee. The program would not track my sons phone and I couldn’t get an “appointment” with customer service without waiting 12 days and buying their massistance add-on for $55. Once the appointment came up it was via chat, not in person, and I had to download a new program called AnyTrans. At the end of the appointment they told me the social media monitoring won’t work on iPhone anyways and informed me the $55 I paid was per call! I thought it was for the massistance in general, anytime I need, but if I need them again it’ll be another $55! I requested a refund, many times, due to the program not tracking everything it claimed. There is absolutely no way to talk to them in person and I get the same response regardless of what I email stating no refund will be issued because “mSpy Billing Department approves the request only if there are technical issues with the software, which we cannot fix.“ So now I have a $200+ investment into an app that tracks our sons calls, pictures and texts which I could have done with an old phone set up to his iCloud account. Do not get caught in this scam!

Recommend monitoring and track suspected cheating wive and activities at work. However some great app couldn’t grant all access I needed to detect and catch my wife red handed in her deceptive ways. It all started when I had a suspicion on her with some recently inherited behavior like staying out late nights after work, being clingy to her phones and so on. I reached out for help and requested a refund as I was totally unhappy and wouldn’t be using the product. I was denied a refund despite their product not delivering on what they said it would do. Don’t waste your money. There’s a reason they don’t give a free trial - because you wouldn’t pay once you tried it!

Never for once believed him, all I did was to take a risk due to the fact I’ve deal with certain people and things didn’t work out to be true, but with the help of Tony, I’m able to spy on my husband phone since the last THANKSGIVING celebration and yet he still cheat.
