I purchase the app with 34$ and found the app need to install to the other family phones after that will working im not happy to install any software to the family phones asking for refund the money the not back to me this is very bad app and support

I was under the impression I could track my child’s app activity regardless of whether it was an iPhone or Android. I don’t find out until AFTER I pay for a year and set everything up that you DON’T have the ability to track iOS app activity. I want a refund!
