Purchased not long ago. Unable to view position of my son and there is a always time delay. Asked for refund and they asked me provide all the info to proceed.so I did but later they came back and said they never agreed. Response is usually 3-4 days later if you get reply. So I just wasted annual fee with not so good feeling. I am thinking to where to reach out so that I can get refund. I suggest you stay away from this product.

I took the highest package for a 3 month subscriptions , not knowing after the purchase I will basically will be saying I wasted all the money for nothing. The app does work on IOs except GPS tracking and that also no updates. The customer service claims to be mspy lite va Mspy and don’t respond to tickets. No option for refunds and no agent to do live chats. Been almost 3 weeks no support and on top of that my subscription is 84 days in purchase instead of 90 days. Don’t waste a penny.

Starting can see whatsapp messages after that cannot. locations not up to date. cannot cancel the subscription

I can’t believe I’m sharing this right now. I’ve been a victim of infidelity and I can tell you vividly that it hurts, and worse if you couldn’t get an evidence to proof your sanity. One fateful morning while my partner was getting ready for work, a text came in on her phone and I saw “hey babe, can’t wait to see you on friday ”.she had my friend’s name saved as another name. Unfortunately, she wasn’t there atm but her phone was locked and I didn’t have access to her phone. This made me really suspicious because she had told me earlier in the week she was going on a business trip so I knew immediately she was cheating on me . I remember going online immediately to search how to spy on a cheating spouse phone and I somehow landed on a forum where they recommend Hacker Tyler as a private investigator and how he can remotely access device. In summary, I contacted Tyler via his mail hidedarkspy @ gmail com and told him about my situation. Gave him some details about my partner and that was all he needed to gain remote access for me. After 4hours, he gave me access to her WhatsApp message call logs and Message/text messages as well. I read all their conversations and how they have even been mocking me in their chat. I printed all their chats for evidence. This literally broke my heart when the monitoring app let me remotely gain access to my wife’s phone so I could see her text messages and social media messages activities.

DO NOT BUY, SCAM! Not working for iphones, can only check contacts. Wasted money

SCAM! AVOID! It does not work! They tell you the app is not working because you need to install MSpy on a laptop however you would need the help of the technician and conveniently they are not available. I spent the next few hours trying to install on my own and sync the iPhone via usb per advice. However upon 100% sync, MSpy does not work for Whatsapp which is why I choose to purchase Mspy in the first place. It only works if you want to see top callers or top websites visited. I have paid for a monthly subscription then instead of just taking the monthly amounts they took ALL of the money for ALL of the months straight away at $$139.99. They are uncontactable by phone, only by email. Having requested a refund because they cannot provide the service they advertise they say that contradicts their refund policy. And then thereafter, they ignored me.

Not what I thought that’s good for use! I hopefully can fully return my payment.

Really disappointing with mspy!!! At the beginning I bought 3 months premium package on their website. When I logged in to my account I was following all the instructions to be able to connect my daughter’s iPhone and be able to see messages, WhatsApp, apps etc. when I was following all the instruction then website redirected me to Apple store and charged me again for 3 months. mSpy lite was installed on my iPhone. But in the app I can see only location, geofencing and contacts. Over 70sgd it’s expensive just for this info. On the website dashboard I can’t see anything. I don’t want to jailbreak my daughters phone. It was not clearly informed about everything before buying mspy. After writing to billing department and asking why I was charged twice they wrote my that it’s not they are app it’s other company app and it’s called mLite. After sending screenshots and proving them that website it’s redirecting me to mspy lite, sending them screenshot of app on my phone when is written that’s mspy lite they still are writing me back that’s mLite not mspy lite… ridiculous!!!! No more mspy. They got my money twice but won’t get anymore!!!!!!

This app promises a lot but does not deliver and there is no call center or chat option - charged me for 3 months 70$ but is selling1 year for 70$ and it’s difficult to get in touch

This Spy App is quit easy to use and somewhat Discreet, But it actually did give me what I really needed. My husband and I are 46 we began dating at 14. Suddenly this past months I have noticed a huge change in him. The kind of change that has completely ruined our relationship as I once knew it to be.
