My AEG Care

Naprosto k ničemu aplikace sušička řady 9000 a aplikace stále píše zapnout sušičku přitom je zapnutá ! A spárovaná nefunguje jak by mělo ! Velké zklamání od společnosti a vývojářů AEG. Již 15 let kupujeme spotřebiče AEG a takový pokles mě nutí k tomu ze další spotřebiče AEG již nebudeme kupovat velké zhoršení ani zákaznická podpora nefunguje potřebovali jsem technika kvůli záruce na spotřebič AEG a od Března do teď nikdo nepřijel i přes opakované telefonické domluvě ! Nikoho neposlaly ! Tudíž jsem přišel o záruku jelikož jsem musel Spotřebič AEG odvést do servisu aby bylo opraveno !

Nelze se připojit k zařízení s iOS 16. Když jsem použil na prvotní připojení starší telefon s androidem 7. Tak už je zařízení vidět i na iPhonu. Hrozné obštrukce.

po aktualizaci se nelze prihlasit a ani resetovat heslo. Zarizeni nevidim, nepouzitelne :(

My worries came true - wifi in everyday use electronics is wobbly.. I can add washing machine (8 series) or dryer (9 series) to the app on iPhone 12 or 14 Pro - so I cant use their special programs. Both appliance connect to wifi (the icon is not blinking and I see in my router two aeg devices connected). But the mobile app “froze” and still looks for devices. 1, 5, 10, 20 minutes. Does not end with any message, failure or success. Thank you, AEG for brief update of the app.

There is a form that will help you set up washer/dryer based on the clothes you need to wash. However it says “don’t use dryer” for every single thing, which seems to be an issue with the app rather than actually meaning not to use the dryer. Otherwise the dryer would be totally unusable

You can not set a notification for when the washing machine ends its washing cycle.

nefungují notifikace! už to tu psali i ostatní, bude to někdo řešit??? stále zůstávají na ploše nepovedené pokusy o přidání zařízení, zde uváděné rady nefungují, nic samo nezmizí a můžete aktualizovat jak chcete… tohle je vážně tragedie! Řeší někdo vůbec ty vady aplikace?

Been using this app for almost a year. I mean “using” is probably a strong word as I have to do it on the machine most od the times anyway. I added my machine several times by now and it always disappears, and just got tired of it. I dont understand how such company can create bad app like this. Horrible interface, half of features are non-functional. I am done.
