Needs major changes
Got a new BMW EV and the dealer suggested to install the app. I found it to be super basic. The default distance unit is Miles and I am unable to find any way to change it to KM. On the car’s screen I could find the option to switch to KM but it doesn’t seem to sync with the mobile app. The other strange thing is that while it shows where the car is parked or standing currently, there is no feature to save it and name the saved place. This is something very basic and has been around in many car apps since ages. I know that the Benz app alllows to geofence the car so that you get alerts accordingly. I do hope that the software team will find ways to enhance the app so that it has many more important features.
