It’s a great car, the stability of drive the luxury the speed the look all mind blowing

Icons Missing

There are some icons missing from the car interface screen like “connected drive store”. I am in India and have a BME X5 2024 LCI. I rented the same car in Austria and it had loads of extra useful icons including Air Console.

Great App with Room for Improvement

Dear Team, Thank you for consistently updating the app and enhancing the user experience ! I would like to suggest extending Remote Services and ConnectedDrive features to the 2019 models GCC Models, such as the BMW 3 Series and above. As I was surprised when I recently bought a Preowned BMW 330i 2019 for my wife, and it lacked the ConnectedDrive system and Remote Services because it only comes for limited period of time. My 2016 X5 has unlimited contract on this feature.

This app is not working in India

I have installed and logged in. However it is not adding my vehicle. So, removing BMW One app. Launching this app without testing is a big disaster in my view. Disappointed

BMW iWatch is not working - resolved now. Thanks for prompt action
