Good but slow
App is good great self service features but a bit slow to load especially when using PayNow
Login issues
I’ve used it for years and it’s been alright. But in the last few weeks, I’ve struggled to log in, even updating the app. I click on “login” / “login with Singpass” but nothing happens.
360 saving account
Area of improvement : - dark mode - 360 monthly interests missing
Not as good as the marketing
Often have to quit and restart as it loads blank pages. Apple Watch app cannot connect / not recognised. The aspiration of the app is great, but the implementation not so good. Maybe in another 6 months will be good?
Unable to log in after update
The latest update has rendered it impossible for me to log in to the app. Whenever I attempt to enter my login details, the page refreshes. What is going on guys!!
Terrible update
If I could give it a zero star, I would. Terrible update, logged out of my account without alternative to even log in again using SMS OTP. Ridiculous, been on this for months as I was overseas trying to retrieve my account now I’m back and yet still can’t access.
Designed by a child
The OCBC app appears to have been designed by a small child. That may well be a discredit to small children too! I’m not sure what kind of governance process OCBC employs before launching a ‘digital experience’ but they would do well to research competitors- not just in Singapore - for an insight as to how to develop a ‘banking app’. Some feedback: It rarely works. Something is wrong - some error. The ‘insight’ doesn’t give you much of the ‘insight’ You can’t work out (easily) what you’ve spent and what you owe. There are multiple screens (if the work!) and you have to have some degree in mathematics to work it all out. I could go on - honestly! It’s really quiet terrible!
Terrible
This app is a complete waste of time to use. Hangs, randomly logs you out, overall very annoying and very frustrating. Please get your act together OCBC.
