Die hochgeladenen selphys sind ganz schlechter Qualität (und das liegt nicht am Handy) und können nicht gezoomt werden. Leider sehe ich den Behandlungsplan meiner Ärztin nicht.

does its job as advertised, but it is missing a feature that makes it unusable to me. if you forget to log that you put your aligners in or out, you can't change that time later on. also, you do not see the times at which you put the aligners in or out. that means that if you want to analyze why you missed your goal, or how much not-wearing-time you had this week in the mornings, this app won't help you.

I can't access the app after I created an account on it! After I created the account, I am supposed to enter the 4 digit pin to access my account. However, it then let's me into my account for 2 seconds (literally 2 secs) and then throws me out of it back onto my phone home-screen!! I have tried so many times to access it but it keeps doing the same thing over and over again😩 I tried to update it but this also did not make any difference.

I started my treatment only a few weeks ago, I’ve been using a different app since I didn’t know Invisalign had their own. It asked me for my Invisalign ID and I thought it would have all my details and final simulation picture that my provider showed me before starting treatment. It doesn’t not only have the pictures but it doesn’t have anything. I had to tell the app which set I am currently on, how long I need to wear each one, how many I have in total. I don’t see the point of you asking for my number if I then have to give it all the information. The app looks good for tracking when you wear, reminding you to change and taking pictures but other app also do that.

I have invisilign lens, which according to my doctor is quite new feature. It does not work on my iPhone 12 Pro ( confirmed by my doctor when I called and said I’m unable to take photos because the camera rotates when I try to make pictures) I contacted invisilign support through app and received no reply!! Why you even give the option to contact if no one will bother to reply? My doctor sent the enquiry and I’m still waiting and hopefully he will receive any updates regarding my issue. I feel by paying so much money for the treatment there must be customers support.

There is no option to manually select how long the retainers have been used for during the day, especially to correct if someone accidentally forgot to start/stop the timer. There’s a poor log section and in general it doesn’t feel highly customisable.

The app hangs on the login screen. You need to delete and download the app each time to use it making it functionally pointless

The app constantly logs you out so you don’t get reminders for when to change aligners. Also, you must have a data connection in order to time when your aligners are in/out, so if you’re in a place with poor signal, forget it.
