I find this new version harder to use. The new interface is more complicated.
Pas moyen d accéder à l application après un reset PSW, il ne m envoie même pas de message sur mon adresse mail. J ai essayée d expliquer le problème, personne ne me recontacte et pas de numéro de tel en cas de soucis avec l application
Dommage que l’application ne soit pas possible en français

I can't access the app after I created an account on it! After I created the account, I am supposed to enter the 4 digit pin to access my account. However, it then let's me into my account for 2 seconds (literally 2 secs) and then throws me out of it back onto my phone home-screen!! I have tried so many times to access it but it keeps doing the same thing over and over again😩 I tried to update it but this also did not make any difference.
I started my treatment only a few weeks ago, I’ve been using a different app since I didn’t know Invisalign had their own. It asked me for my Invisalign ID and I thought it would have all my details and final simulation picture that my provider showed me before starting treatment. It doesn’t not only have the pictures but it doesn’t have anything. I had to tell the app which set I am currently on, how long I need to wear each one, how many I have in total. I don’t see the point of you asking for my number if I then have to give it all the information. The app looks good for tracking when you wear, reminding you to change and taking pictures but other app also do that.
I have invisilign lens, which according to my doctor is quite new feature. It does not work on my iPhone 12 Pro ( confirmed by my doctor when I called and said I’m unable to take photos because the camera rotates when I try to make pictures) I contacted invisilign support through app and received no reply!! Why you even give the option to contact if no one will bother to reply? My doctor sent the enquiry and I’m still waiting and hopefully he will receive any updates regarding my issue. I feel by paying so much money for the treatment there must be customers support.
There is no option to manually select how long the retainers have been used for during the day, especially to correct if someone accidentally forgot to start/stop the timer. There’s a poor log section and in general it doesn’t feel highly customisable.
