not sure why i cant login with my m1 id

Login fail and shows error M9003. But can login from webpage. Please advise.

Can login and show my data at the 1st time. After that it cant show my data usage , bill and everything inside the app. Useless app.

I tried many times to load my app but it not successful.. Kindly advice..

Been receiving non stop prompts to update app despite being on the latest version.

Keep asking to update but click into apps store cannot update

After select my language the apps dies immediately.

Wanted to subscribe to ebill - stucked at loading screen Wanted to manually make payment instead - stucked at loading screen Please do something about this. I believe this app is created for convenience and not frustration
