Ask to register in app but cannot register because the button to register new sim is not exist. All ask to get esim

Bought roaming packages for Bali trip though hi app few days ago, had very bad experience when I tried to on the roaming. It frequently showed edge network or even no service on my phone, that’s the main problem of the service and it affected my vacation a lot.

Can't even found the new registration button on main page

Unable to reload. Any issue. Page hang at payment gateway. Tried many time.

New sim registration button is missing.Now cant register new sim headache.

No such option for new SIM card registration. Wasted my money to buy the SIM card and unable to register.

I have tried to install and uninstall many times but there was no new registration option is available

hi singtel app pls add a password in the app because we in to malaysia we can log in to singtel app to check the rooming internet balance of otp need line only can send so pls update your singtel app tq.

Unable to register SIM card as I’m not using Singapore network. So I connect VPN to Singapore Channel and able to get the register icon show out. But they fail to read my passport :( Now the registration is unsuccessful and cannot be activate
