Worst app ever, making so many money but don’t have anyone work on fixing the issue.

Every time when I click the email verification link to activate my sim it jumps to the app, but the app absolutely did not respond at all. I’m so confused by the technical issue, please fix the glitch.

I try many times to reset my password, I just can’t do it, because When I press the reset link from mail, it send my back to the app download link. What’s wrong with the optus service. I waste so many time because of the technique issue.
