Working but not this year or millennium
I have been trying to connect my Renault zoe for the last couple of months, having contacted the support via phone call, wrote emails with no result. Just like the battery lease schema that is a complete scam created by Renault for the second hand market… Wish you update some more processes, have your customer support actually help people having issues by application you claim to work, and yeah not to mention the scam created that it is near impossible to check wether a car has an active battery lease or not. Shame on you Renault!
