Kan ikke se ladetilstand mere og kan ikke se start funktionen til klimaanlæg. Jeg har slettet og geninstalleret appen uden held 🤨

Super basic app. There are two useful features: 1) preheat car and 2) battery/charging status. They both work so-so, often resulting in connection issues. Especially the preheating feature. Other car brands have way more advanced and useful apps. This is a pity since the tech of my Megane is actually quite good.

App has been constantly improving - nice features, cool UI - but there’s a bug, at least in my version: Preconditioning appears to be active non-stop: Whenever I open the app, the preconditioning fan symbol is rotating and the breeze arrows are animated. Preconditioning isn’t actually running in the car - it just appears to be. But it means I’m unable to turn on preconditioning using the app. I’m running latest version of the app on iPhone 12 pro, iOS 18.3.1. Please fix🙏

The app has been very unstable for many months. Sync between A/C and app was/is one of the main issues. Hope the new update works better. I am also still only able to get notifications in French in my app and it does not seem like there is options for changing this. To me, more focus on app performance should be done in general. Today, this is a must-always-work tool for a modern car.

Another app made by clueless incompetent people. It hardly ever works, and when it does it still manages to not work. Mine always shows its heating the car, but is it? Who knows 🤷🏻‍♂️ Well let shut it off real quick, ohhh that is not a possibility! Right, I mean why would anyone ever want to stop the heating? What a weird thing to do. Maybe it’s just stuck on an old status, let me refresh it real quick. Ohhh also not possible, I mean yeah sure I guess its too much to ask, especially since it doesn’t do any updates on its own after you leave the car. Accurate and up to date information is overrated. Let me set what % I want to charge my car to, stupid me why would that be an app feature 🙄 Why does this app exist? It hardly does anything, and what it does it does badly If at all. Stop hiring incompetent people, this is embarrassing.

Update v6.1.1 has addressed issues 1, 2, 3, and 5 below. GREAT improvement! Another issue: 6. Creating, reading, updating, or deleting a charging program immediately crashes the app. I am only able to manage charging programs from inside the car. Thank you to the engineering teams for the latest updates! --- Previous Feedback 2025-01: Overall, the app need a lot of polish and bug fixes. 1. The Account > Preference page is blank. 2. The Charging History page shows an unsorted list of cards, all saying "generic_day_0_crop_at" followed by the current time. 3. The Account > Manage data collection page only shows in French 4. Account > Rate this app shows a pop up asking if you like the app, clicking "No" does nothing. Only clicking "Yes" will show an additional pop up to redirect to the App Store. 5. The main Vehicle page always shows "--" under "data updated Date," which is also incorrect grammar, which is probably bad internationalization.

Generelt fungerer kun få ting med appen. Eksempelvis står klimaanlægget til at være startet i appen, men det er det ikke i bilen, og nu kan man så ikke styre det i appen mere. Desuden er det ofte, at appen ikke opdaterer, når bilen er til opladning, så man kan følge opladningsprocessen. Dette er blot to eksempler på funktioner, som ikke fungerer optimalt i en app, som simpelthen bare SKAL virke optimalt altid.

Ja så kommer der en update men efter det så virker appen ikke igen. Skrald software og generelt for ringe at alt software på bilen, ligger langt under standard software. Ustabil, ikke testet og masse af reboot, så er man i mål.

Appen eller Renault server, er meget ustabil, det er som at vinde i lotto om der er forbindelse til bilen… det er slet ikke tilfredstillende

Appen virker yderst sjældent som den skal - den er så dårlig!!!!
