My Renault

I find that the app rarely works. For example it’s currently stuck thinking that I’ve turned the AC on, when I haven’t. The delayed schedule for charging functionality doesn’t work. Just a really poor implementation that annoys me about the car.

I recently bought second hand 202 Zoe gt line and I can’t connect to the app tried everything my needs an update nobody can help over the phone what a let down

Since I changed my phone the app doesn’t load at all . Deleted app, forgot app and reloaded still doesn’t load . Tried calling Renault support but the number on website doesn’t work . Tried the whattsapp number no reply at all . Called my dealership where I bought the car 3 times and they said they would get an IT technical agent to contact me and still no contact , I was planning on buying a new Renault car , but if this is the after service I’ll start searching new makes ….

The app is down a lot ?

This app is really useful when it works, a lot of the time it is unresponsive. It would be great if the app was more accessible.

The new update is nice looking. However some suggestions to improve the app would be: The app doesn’t refresh quickly and often gives incorrect readings. The request for scheduling climate to come on often fails. Be able to change charge percentage from the app not just the car. Be able to add electricity tariff to work out cost each journey. Other then that the improvements over the last year have been good just wish they were more frequent.

A new EV owner, I find the app easy to operate and understand. One tip - notification when vehicle charging is completed.

I am vey happy with this App

The app is good enough most of the time for checking the status of the car, also is useful for starting instant charge, checking charge levels, and using climate. However it can be very iffy in loading data sometimes, doesn’t show maintenance status and occasionally manages to show all the contracts signed up to. Without an alternative it’s ok - it’s a pity all the claimed features aren’t available all the time. The latest issues are not being able to connect to the car, no connected services available, a real pity - could be so much better.

Just downloaded app., cant put car registration, every time its error. In my information trying to put my address, can’t submit, app wint let me. Finaly trying to contact custom supplrt, brings me to 404 error page. So waste of time.
