My Singtel app

It is one of biggest fail in telecom app that you can only contact for service via their online chat, which does not work anymore since 2019, dispute numerous app updates. Very disappointing if you want to get some thing sorted out during COVID-19, the app does not allow you to contact Singtel in itself.

All you need to manage your SingTel account at your fingertips + autologous. Efficient.

Never calculate correct.

Unhandled errors and unclear error messages everywhere. For example bill retrieval just fails without any messages. Fix the app please, it’s not that hard. Daily interaction with the app is enough to make me churn

I have SingTel broadband but not SingTel mobile line. This stupid apps cannot accept SingNet email & other mobile phone where my onepass account was created. Is SingNet email from SingTel? Is it so easily hacked that it cannot be used for onepass sign in? Then why can’t the apps recognise SingNet email? Stupid apps?

Older iPhone cannot use this app because it require iOS above 13.4 version. If older iPhone can use it it is better .

No otp x 10 No able to type email to reset No singpass can connect. I just want to see my bill to pay. Lousy app must be scam app. Otherwise take so many passwords email hp no otp

The Singtel support is ignorant and useless. After I told them I tried to log in and view profile from 2 phones and computer on 4 different browsers, 5g and WiFi, two different user profiles, the support recommended to: use 5th browser. Reset cookies. Reinstall app (I used browser, app doesn’t have profile details, but they don’t care to know)

I would have given minus 5 Stars rating for the non responsive App
