My Singtel app

too many updates, considering that it is supposed to be an app to manage subscriptions, e.g. when travelling abroad

It is one of biggest fail in telecom app that you can only contact for service via their online chat, which does not work anymore since 2019, dispute numerous app updates. Very disappointing if you want to get some thing sorted out during COVID-19, the app does not allow you to contact Singtel in itself.

All you need to manage your SingTel account at your fingertips + autologous. Efficient.

The app seems to be designed for sales pitch and not for self-service. It is a perennial challenge to get pdf of the bill. When I try to chat with the agents, waiting time goes up to 20 mins per exchange!

I bought a 14 day roaming unlimited data plan, and a few days into using the data, I realised that any services which require data were unusable, suggesting that the “unlimited” data was a facade. My mother, who had bought the same plan had hers working just fine which confirms that it was not the country I was in that was at fault. So basically I bought a data plan to get a lot less than what was promised.

Lousy app support for simple roaming activation.

So many things wrong with this app, doesn’t remember login, doesn’t remember to faceID, account usage unavailable most of the time, can’t access bills for month, staff branch clueless (did you try and reinstall the app ;-)

The adds on manage of this app is so poor, took so long, few minutes or forever with loading icon then cannot show the adds on option. Seem like they don’t want us to control the adds on that somehow they auto enabled.

Both website and app unable to log in. How am I supposed to pay the bills?
