My Singtel app

It’s been three years. You click on the Mail icon top right corner and it still says “we’re curating this” basically they have no idea why it’s there and forgot about it (hilarious). You click service agreement it just cycles for an hour then times out (so helpful)! There are sooo many issues with the app design but I don’t have enough space to write it up. Still it’s less frustrating than going into an actual Singtel store. So there’s that I guess.

The app is down for maintenance great!!

Their app and system including their website got a lot of issues which does not focus on edge cases or negative scenarios and only focuses on the happy path. Dev seems to be not fixing bugs that have been their for a long time. Like you can’t access bills on webpage and even on app and does not forward the bills to your email. The only good thing is their customer service which is the one handling these pain points. There is too much to be improved.

Unable to see the subscribed add ons

I received a huge bill after a short overseas trip as Singtel automatically turn on roaming (without the customer knowing)and you are required to go into the app to change. Terrible.

Not user friendly. Already registered but yet have difficulty in logging in

Purchased data roaming package. It does not work, in fact, no data package works (even to pay full price) Zero customer service for assistance.

Broken. Only useful thing is to review data usage. Cant apply for most stuff and doesn’t update properly

Went to the shop to buy another SIM - waited for 30 minutes and gave up - waste of my time
