Terrible registration and onboarding process I will be looking to switch providers as your literally whoarding my money 700 pound in credit what the actual hell

Try and set up or amend dd and it takes you to the website,try and change tariffs and it takes you to the website,then you get to the website and because I’m a multi rate customer I can’t do either on the website and need to phone them, clicked on the what’s new section and wow ! They have changed their logo ! Complete joke of an app and joke of a company

Very simple but gives you everything including daily usage tracking.

Have the app for gas & electric. Useless for gas. Gas usage doesn’t show up at all and says there’s gaps in my usage. It’s a smart meter and even the plug in display doesn’t collect data for gas. Says I’ve used over £21000 in a year. It’s only February!!! Numerous phone calls and no where near sorted. Shoddy behaviour and deffo don’t recommend in fact I’m changing company when get the chance !!

They transferred my account to OVO????? Never heard of them before. They are just as greedy as all the others. I like to receive a bill. I was told one was sent. Liars.

I can see all past bills but not what has been calculated as my next bill
