My Truphone: eSIM travel data

Several times it took my money from my card without any agreement of automatic prolongation. Today i tried to refresh settings and it’s just don’t work. Than i tried to delete my account and guess what? Exactly. You can’t delete it. Than i tried to restart to lose any tariff plans and i finally solve the problem. After a week they have spending my euros)))) Genius way to earn money guys.

Support in Germany was not very helpful, but I got full refund without questions

After updating, replenishing in USA currency CHF? Not USD. Why?

Transferring plan on iPad not working at all. I spend 15€ to buy plan in Belgium. Tried to re install eSIM by deleting and installing again but when I delete I cannot again install eSIM transfer my plan bcs on iPad in my account no have any button to transferring and also no any history of purchasing

After the Version update 17.02.2021, the SW shows some development screen as first page. I think it is something wrong and it should be removed in a Client version.

I have used it during my travels to Austria, Poland and Iceland - it works everywhere and automatically switches between providers to give you fastest internet (LTE).

I just needed one day of data. Simple. But I received a double notification. Then again the next day! They changed the setting to be default auto renew!! So, I turned off auto renew. Then I was charged again the next day!! And the next! All the while, I’m sending emails to their customer service email, but it bounces. I find an email for something remotely related on their website. Any way, after 2 months, multiple emails, I was finally able *most* charges reversed. There are cheaper plans that won’t screw you. Stay away from them at all costs

App is just instructions, nothing more. Truphone plan did not load esim. Customer support email is a dead link. Money down the drain.

Tried to purchase a plan for a Apple Watch. Had issues activating. The phone rep told me they couldn’t help, to email in a form and someone would eventually get back to me. Still waiting, what a joke
